Two days after getting arrested on gun charges outside a Trump rally in Southern California, a Las Vegas man is speaking to Fox five about the incident.

the Riverside County Sheriff believes his deputy stopped a third assassination attempt, but Vem Miller says that's just not true. Police say Miller made it through the first two parameters of security on Saturday, deputies investigated and found he had multiple driver's licenses and passports with different names on them. His car was unregistered with a fake license plate as well. Police say Miller had a loaded handgun, a shotgun and ammunition in the vehicle, and eventually he was arrested on gun charges. He later posted $5,000 bail and walked free yesterday, but we spoke to Miller earlier today, and he says most of this was not true. He never had to post bail. He claims he is a Trump caucus captain and was an invited VIP guest. Miller admitted he didn't know his guns were legal in Nevada, but not in California, and he's traveled with them in his car to Trump rallies before. He said each time he gives authorities a heads up and he's able to park his car and leave his guns inside, he also denies any claims he's part of a right wing anti government group. They
