How will BRUNSON case Rule11 play out?

For those few ( i hope ) who do not know, the Brunson brothers' case hinges upon the factual evidence that many (s)elected did not take their oath ( bypassing God ) of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution, so are illegitimate and must be kicked out.
This has been known for a few years, by us armchair warriors, in the know.
