Mount Healthy rape, kidnapping suspect lived on the streets to elude capture, police say

A man wanted in connection with a kidnapping and rape last month had been living on the streets to elude capture, according to Mount Healthy police. Adrian Deon Hutcherson Jr., 20, was arrested early Monday in Colerain Township. He'd broken into a car and was asleep and intoxicated, Mount Healthy Police Chief Vince Demasi said.
