2025 Maple Syrup Season has Begun!

Today marks the beginning of the 2025 maple season for our farm. From now until we are done, we are installing our new drops for our maple sap lines. We have approximately 3,000 taps but this year we will reduce tap count down to around 2500. Still that's a lot of drops to install.
