We explore practical ways to engage men in the church by offering a space for men to have fellowship and deepen relationships. "We don't want to just preach at them, they get that enough, we want to give them a chance to talk and connect with other men." Dave emphasizes the importance of mentorship and how small group events can lead into mentorship opportunities for men.

"We don't want our men's ministry to grow because the church grows, we want it to be strong enough that it helps the church grow."

Men often don't realize how much they need other men in their life. Building a strong men's ministry gives guys an opportunity to find that and recognize the need for community. We want men to be more than just a Sunday morning Christian. As we get guys into mentorships, we don't want their growth to just stay within the church walls. We want to see men being discipled and then going out into their community to make more disciples. By creating opportunities for men to build meaningful relationships, the church becomes a catalyst for transformation—not just within its walls, but in the community and beyond.
