Throwback to the days of being young, wild, and free! Remember the amazing memories we made together? This exercise always brought out the best in us. In the next one, we'll focus on our thighs with the belayed half-kick. Rest your upper body on the right elbow, bent at a 90-degree angle, while keeping your right leg straight on the floor. Point your left upper thigh towards the sky with your knees bent, and kick your left foot straight up for each rep. The burn in your thighs will be worth it!
