Hey everyone, Mikey Buns here to kick off your Friday with a happiness boost! Ever feel like stress and worries are stealing your joy? Here's a quote to remind you of the simple things that bring happiness:

Imagine you have a backpack filled with tools to create happiness. These tools are things you can control, like your attitude, your actions, and your perspective. The quote reminds us to use these tools! Let go of worries, smile more often, be true to yourself, appreciate what you have, and choose happiness.

In recovery from addiction, this happiness toolkit is especially important. Addiction can make you focus on negative thoughts and worries. But by using your happiness tools, you can shift your mindset and build a more fulfilling life in recovery.

✅️Here are 3 fresh tips to have a more positive & Purposeful day!

1. Do something kind for someone else. Helping others is a powerful way to boost your mood and feel connected. Hold the door open for someone, offer a compliment, or volunteer your time. Seeing the impact you have on others will bring a smile to your face.
2. Get some exercise! Exercise releases endorphins, those feel-good chemicals in your brain. Go for a walk, hit the gym, or dance around your living room! Getting your body moving is a great way to reduce stress and improve your mood.
3. Practice gratitude journaling. Before you go to bed each night, write down 3 things you're grateful for, big or small. Taking a few minutes to reflect on what you appreciate can shift your perspective and boost your overall happiness.

Remember, you have the power to create your own happiness!
