Starting my workout strong with a reminder of my goals and a commitment to push myself to the limit. Today's 15-minute session is all about getting one step closer to achieving those goals. Kicking things off with a dynamic warm-up exercise - the windmill. Standing with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, I engage my abs and lower back as I rotate my torso and touch my opposite foot with one arm while extending the other toward the sky. Keeping my back flat and core tight, I can feel the burn and know I'm on the right track. Let's go! 💪
