South Africa police vow to rescue miners amid NGO criticism

South African Police Services (SAPS) and military personnel on Thursday (November 21) said rescue operations to recover miners trapped in a disused mine shaft more than a mile underground are in progress, as concerns mount over their well-being. Rachel Graham reports.
