🦋Deep Shadow Work🦋

Shadow work is not just about healing; it’s about facing the parts of yourself that you’ve been taught to hide or reject. Some shadows, like victimhood, self-doubt, or feelings of unworthiness, may feel easier to acknowledge. They are familiar, even though they hold you back. But what about the darker, more uncomfortable shadows? The ones tied to traits like manipulativeness, narcissism, or greed?

These harder-to-accept aspects are often where the deepest healing lies. Victim and perpetrator—two sides of the same coin—teach us that we can’t fully embrace our light without understanding our darkness. By avoiding our shadows, we allow them to unconsciously control us. By facing and integrating them, we reclaim our power.

Shadow work is not about judgment; it’s about compassion. It’s a journey of recognizing that every part of you, even the ones you’re tempted to reject, holds wisdom and lessons. Healing happens when you accept yourself as a whole—not just the parts that feel easy to love.
