Tux and I went out for his late evening walk, and he insisted on going somewhere that he should know by now that he shouldn't. I don't want him jumping down from one flight of stairs, especially here because the landing area is rocky. The greater concern is mostly because it's a shortcut for him that takes me too long to catch up to him, and I don't want him having that much of a lead on me in this part of the property. The problem is now that he's now venturing into areas with trees that are high enough that he could get stuck in if he decides that he wants to climb up for some/any reason. Especially now that it's starting to get cold-ish at night, I don't want to have to spend hours waiting for him to come down were that to happen. I'm still having no success getting him into a harness so that I can walk him on a leash, ideally preventing something like this from happening.
