Take Your Identity in Christ - Joy Cometh in the Morning 2

God is the one who gives us our identity. In Jesus we are a godly, holy and righteous people. The branch of the Lord is excellent in these days. Don't let flesh define you. Don't let other define you. Jesus Christ says who you are and He is the judge of all the earth. Sing praise to God you godly ones and give thanks. Be joyful when the enemy opposes you because it means you are a threat to Satan in this spiritual war and you are recognized as a formidable warrior. When evil arises in your life never rely upon man and upon flesh but turn to God. God's mercies are sure.

It is hell being separated from God and from His voice but sometimes it can happen when we get into a habit of living in the flesh. We should be living in the Spirit. It is good that God can provide the voice of a prophet to relay a message when we are unable to hear. I made the mistake of staying that the BIble tells us that the voice of a servant is the same as from God. We can say this is true give tne interaction between Satan, David, and Gad in 1 Chronicles but that line I used is not actually out of the Bible itself as I said it was. I apologize for the incorrect statement. I thought it was Biblical but I was instead speaking from a long distant memory. Fortunately I caught it and see my mistake so it's not repeated.
