NEW - Russia has fired an intercontinental ballistic missile with multiple non-nuclear re-entry warheads on a city in Ukraine.

This marks the first time that an ICBM was used during a war in human history. Earlier, Ukraine fired British and U.S. long-range missiles into Russia.
