Israel's Rise and Fall - The Prostitute Daughter - End Time Prophecy - Ezekiel 16

It's not that hard to imagine a people so destitute of righteousness because the truth of our time reveals that this is how we have become. We pay for our ability to worship our idols and work iniquity. Instead of being ashamed we re-define and "re-imagine" everything. We dwell in a fantasy that we've created where the only God welcome or those false Gods that look with favor upon how we act and how we have re-defined things like love, peace, compassion, charity.

Sodom was better off than Jerusalem at the time and perhaps even the USA today. We seem to think that homosexuality is the great abomination of our day (it is one indeed) but God told Ezekiel that lack of charity was the thing that made him the most angry; carefree ease and giving nothing to those in need. That is not to excuse sexual sin but let's be careful that we judge others before removing the planks in our own eyes. We pray for the sinner, whatever that sin may be. We pray for ourselves daily lest we be led into temptation.

There is no evil in God. The evil that happens in our world is from Satan and from us and our sinful natures. We love the concept of free will and then we expect God to take it away when bad things happen and stop it all. It is our own abominations that come down upon our own heads. This is a common theme in Biblical prophecy. Sin is the killer and the destroyer.
