1 in 3 Bank Customers Experienced Fraud in the Last 12 Months: Why?

A recent study by JD Power revealed one in every three banking customers and 22% of credit card users have experienced fraudulent activity on their accounts over the past 12 months. The study also shows 46% of bank customers and 40% of credit card users indicate they have been asked to take or act on fraud prevention measures over the three months prior to when the survey was taken.
