Another video (https://rumble.com/v5rkwaq-icbm-deployed-footage-of-an-alleged-icbm-attack-on-the-dnipro-region.html) of the arrival of warheads, presumably of an ICBM launched at targets in Dnepropetrovsk.

The fact that there are multiple videos confirms that the first video is not a recording error, and that we are seeing this kind of weapon used for first time in history.

With existing technology it is really difficult to defend against these attacks.
Ukraine does not have any kind of system capable of this, whether its own, Soviet or NATO.
