Footage of Aozihdi urban development, Gushan District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. Location of former Longhua Elementary School 龍華國小舊校舍, Bo'ai 2nd Road/Shennong Road/Longwen Street/ Dashun 1st Road. At 238 m high, Gushan District's currently tallest building is under construction here. The project is known as 'Kaohsiung Fubon Aozihdi Station Commercial Development Project 富邦人壽高雄捷運凹子底站旁商業區開發案'.
Construction works are still taking place mainly underground (foundation, diaphragm walls). First steel structure above ground level is visible.

捷運凹子底站旁商業區BOT案 Aozihdi Station BOT Development
This large plot of land in North Kaohsiung's Aozihdi district is being developed by Fubon Life and Mitsubishi Construction and Architecture into an enormous shopping and entertainment complex. The school which used to be here was demolished and will be replaced by a 9 story Hanshin department store, hotel, aquarium, and the largest IMAX theater in South Taiwan. The two 48 and 25 floor towers will rise to 238 and 148 meters. The entire complex is expected to be completed in 2026/2027."
