“Tackling Stress to Be Our Best” is a conversation with Dr. Nicholas Polizzi and Chaplain Cmdr. Peter Dietz as part of Mental Health Awareness Month where they discuss topics such as sleep, exercise, diet, healthy relationships, and seeking help. In this short they discuss the importance of managing healthy relationships both at home and when deployed overseas.
