1966 Mustang Battery Apron Repair - Part 2 : The Install

Among the most common rusted out locations in a classic mustang is the front passenger side apron, a.k.a the battery apron. In the 1966 Mustang convertible, mine is destroyed! This is the second in a two part series to remove and replace the apron. While I do have limited experience in welding, (chewed gum metal sculpture artist), I have never done body work so this will be interesting. Let me know your ideas and tips below in the comments!

Also, I pull out the heater box and find what looks like a finger!
