Have you heard the saying, expectations are the recipe for disappointment? It is so often the case. In addition, expectations are built into us as humans and so many of us have strong emotional reactions when things don't go as we expect them to go and people fail to show up for us as we expect. What to do? Surrender of course. Surrender to the greater flow of life as it unfolds in front of us. Be in the experience.
