SWF emphasis is to equip the public through prevention education, and providing investigative intelligence to aid in identifying victims to assist all levels of law enforcement. They work to facilitate restoration for survivors through advocacy and networked services, enabling independence, which leads to a hopeful & sustainable life.

Shepherd's Watch Foundation (SWF) is the vision of several private investigators and victim advocates working together to combat sex trafficking. The idea for SWF began in 2016 with one of our private investigators, who, after dealing firsthand with the growing cases of sex trafficking, felt a calling from God to do more to help the victims she encountered. In the four years that followed, God brought together a diverse team of advocates trained in the world of sex trafficking and exploitation, each with a deep passion for helping those affected by it.
