Isle of the Snake People (1971)

Directed by Juan Ibáñez and starring Boris Karloff in one of his final roles. The story is set on a remote Caribbean island controlled by a cult practicing voodoo and human sacrifice under the guidance of the enigmatic priest Damballah (Karloff). When a military officer and his companions arrive to investigate the island, they confront hypnotized cultists, undead creatures, and sinister rituals.
