Senate Democrats Block Blackburn’s Effort to Establish “American Girls in Sports Day”

On the Senate floor, U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) urged her Senate colleagues to stand with female athletes by designating October 10 as “American Girls in Sports Day.” Senate Democrats blocked the resolution in favor of the Biden-Harris administration’s radical agenda to allow biological males to compete in women’s sports by dismantling Title IX.
