ABERDEEN HAS BEEN THE CAPITOL OF SCOTTISH RACISM FOR A LONG TIME!

For 3 years, I have been fighting for justice in the sheriff court, without any help from anyone, for 3 years I have been discriminated against in court because of my origin, I am a Polish citizen! I am a journalist by profession, I have seen many scandals, but what they did to me exceeded even what I had already seen! For two years I have been trying to enforce my rights, which are not broken, but violated constantly! Which is a clear manifestation of discrimination and racism. I was forced by physical force!!!! By threatening me, blackmailing me, arresting me in order to force me to hire a Scottish lawyer, they chose one for me!! I didn't choose him! They forced me to pay him almost 500 pounds in the first installment, I gave the Scottish lawyer documents, medical reports, my statements, and video recordings. The Scottish lawyer disappeared, the documents disappeared, the money disappeared, and the judge said it was my problem! There are no other criminal lawyers in Aberdeen than Scottish ones, they don't admit others! And I don't trust the Scots anymore, they have no morals and ethics, how can you trust another one, and when it ends it will be like the previous one!

I fought for half a year to get the police and the prosecutor's office to hand over my phone with a recording showing me being beaten for no reason by Scottish racists in my home in front of my terrified family! I managed to get it back, even though the police lied that they didn't have the phone, that the prosecutor had it, and the prosecutor said that the police had it for 6 months!

Each time we have a different judge at the next court session, and each time I have to explain everything again, it's crazy!

Court sessions in Aberdeen are not recorded!!! There is no protocol! If I remember what the court decided at the previous session where there was another judge, the next judge claims he knows nothing about it and accuses me of lying, how can he prove it? This is madness, I am exhausted by this madness!

The case cannot move forward because the prosecutor deliberately did not comply with the requirements of the procedure, legal prosecution, and did not provide the documents to me as his own defense attorney! And it's been like this for 3 years!

At the previous court session, the prosecutor was not known by name because they did not introduce themselves!! He assured the judge that the documents were required, he assured me that there was a copy of the arrest warrant, that there was a copy of the interrogation of me as a witness and a suspect before the charges were laid, and they would be provided!

At the last court session, another judge said that the prosecutor did not have to provide me with these documents, that if he did not have them, then he did not have them, and that the prosecutor assured that they were there, she knew nothing and it did not matter!

Before bringing charges in any legal system in any civilized country, a prosecutor should be impartial, i.e. he should recognize the position of one side and the other, these are the CPS regulations, unfortunately the Scottish prosecutor from Aberdeen was only interested in one of the parties!

Since the prosecutor did not question me as a suspect, it means that the charges have no legal force and are illegal! It bears signs of open discrimination.

For 3 years no one asked me what happened, for 3 years no one was interested, I am treated like a subhuman, without any rights, which is demonstrated to me every time!

For 3 years, the prosecutor set many traps for me: No. 1 - they changed the date of the court hearing one day earlier, so that I did not show up at the court hearing, so that an arrest warrant was issued for me, so as to show me as someone who ignores and does not respect court without informing me about the change of the court hearing date!

But I had proof that I had been there, I went to the court registry and asked for proof that I had been there, they refused, so I went to the prosecutor's office in Aberdeen, and they had to admit that I had been there, so the arrest warrant was canceled, but it tarnished my reputation.

The judge, another one, decided at the next court session that it was a "human error" for sure!!!

The prosecutor did it a second time, changed the date one day before and tried to get another arrest warrant, same story!! Human error, but once again I am the one who ignores the court!

He did the same thing a third time, this time it worked; the same, I went to court on the indicated date, then from the court to the prosecutor's office, and there I was told no document was given, as usual, on my word. They assured me that they would send me information about the next meeting and date, I waited 8 months for it and nothing! !

After 8 months I went to the prosecutor's office in Aberdeen to find out when the next court session would take place, I was informed that an arrest warrant had been issued and that I should report to the police to have me arrested! This was already harassment.

After 3 hours of waiting, they arrested me for 40 hours, put me in jail without water, food, or a blanket, I was handcuffed, and the next day, like a criminal, I was taken to jail in court.

There I was treated very brutally, I was kept in custody until I had to agree to their lawyer. I was taken to the courtroom in handcuffs, I wasn't allowed to explain anything, the prosecutor lied about informing me about the date, I was released on parole and that's how they managed to turn me into a slave!

The lawyer acted to my detriment and to the prosecutor's advantage, this is so typical of Aberdeen!

Two days ago, the judge accused me of not showing up at subsequent court sessions! That I'm ignorant, right, that the lie worked nicely! You won't give me the right to explain!

Making charges is a curiosity of Scottish lawlessness in Aberdeen!

I was not informed about my rights, no lawyer or translator was allowed to see me, after the beating I was in a very bad mental and physical condition, I lost consciousness as a result of a riot after being beaten by Scottish policemen.

I was refused medical help!!! They shouted at me - you Polish monkey - you Polish pig - and they gave me a banana, without respect for my dignity, I was stunned, my head, ribs, stomach, and the bones of my legs and hips hurt very much. The charges were supposedly brought against me because I don't remember it due to loss of consciousness, by the same people who were allegedly injured!

They laughed and mocked me. The ambulance took me to the hospital only after I returned home, I was in the hospital until the morning, I left around 5 a.m., all the tests were done, a medical examination was performed and my injuries suffered by the policemen from Aberdeen were described.

Currently, I am an invalid, I cannot walk more than 300 yards on my own, I have a damaged spine, hips, severe headaches, I have problems with sleep and memory, this is a gift from the Scottish police - it's only in a big way in short!

I'M WARNING EVERYONE WHO HAS A PLAN TO LIVE IN SCOTLAND AND ABERDEEN, THIS IS A VERY RACIST PLACE, HERE STRANGERS ARE NOT TREATED LIKE PEOPLE - AVOID THIS PLACE!

The next court session is 7/1/25 and I suspect that the racist prosecutor will arrest me again. Anyone who can help me fight this lawlessness, any help will be very welcome.
