Heavy snowfall affected the Azilal mountains in Morocco. Two people were rescued after being stranded in the snow on a plateau between the provinces of Tinghir and Azilal.

Road users faced difficulties accessing flooded sections of Mukwano Road, as well as Seventh and Fifth Streets in Kampala, following this afternoon's rain.

D3 - November 16, 2024, Bicol Region, Philippines
More than 1.2 million people evacuated their homes ahead of Typhoon Man-I (Pepito), which made landfall on the sparsely populated island of Catanduanes in the Bicol Region on the evening of Saturday, November 16. The typhoon had a maximum wind speed of 185 km/h with gusts up to 230 km/h. Even before Super Typhoon Man-I made landfall, strong storm surges affected the provinces of Albay, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, and Camarines Norte on Saturday morning. Water levels in coastal cities in Albay, including Legazpi City, were unusually high at 6 AM.

Heavy rainfall in the Çeşme district of İzmir caused flooding at the Alaçatı market and the port entrance. Rainfall, which had persisted in the area since morning, intensified by noon. Roads turned into lakes, and tables and chairs were swept away by the current.
