Giant mystical or real creatures.

In many myths, legends and tales, giants are human-like but particularly large and powerful beings. Giant is also the name for tall people, but it is questionable whether this is the root of the giant myth. In Germanic mythology, giants are very often violent and hostile towards humans. For the Germanic tribes, giants embodied natural forces such as ice, celebration and water. In the medieval legends, giants are usually belittled as stupid figures. In the Danish Middle Ages, it was believed that giants placed large stones on stone graves. In Greek mythology, giants are hybrids of humans and animals and opponents of the Olympian gods. Giants also appear in many fairy tales. Many scientists believe that giants inhabited the earth at the same time as humans. I would be interested to know if there really were giants and if so, what they looked like. I would be very happy about a like and a subscription.
