The reputation of El Paraiso Verde and its founders has been restored – criminal charges against the founders were dismissed as unfounded. On September 6, 2024, court orders 19808 and 19803 dismissed the criminal charges of two of the most reckless kamikaze investors as unfounded.

Kamikaze investor means: financial self-destruction with maximum collateral damage for other investors. These individuals have caused millions of dollars in damages to the El Paraiso Verde project. Complaint of the married couple Dr. Mathias Poland and Ute Poland dated 8/24/2023. They had claimed in several videos on social media that the project and the founders had cheated them out of their life savings. This claim was dismissed by the public prosecutor as not corresponding to the facts.

The public prosecutor's office has clearly stated with its court order: There is no fraud on the part of the El Paraiso Verde project or its founders.

The intention of the Polands' videos was to spread lies in order to damage the project and extort the repurchase of the investments they had made. Their videos were seen by tens of thousands of people. The result: the criminal offenses of extortion, coercion, defamation, libel and credit damage with millions of dollars in damages.

For about 2 years, Ms. H.R. has been inciting against the project and the founders on many chats as "Mrs. Emerald", spreading unfounded lies and stirring up sentiment against El Paraiso Verde, from which she wanted to extort repayment of the investments she had made.

We talked to both of them for several hours, explained the situation and suggested solutions. Both refused.

The two are accomplices in a smear campaign initiated by shrewd lawyers and real estate sharks against El Paraiso Verde and its founders. The alleged goal was to ruin the project, to buy up the most valuable property in the country cheaply, to sell it off at a profit of millions and to deprive hundreds of settlers of their life savings.

This unprecedented smear campaign was initiated and led by attorney Marta Raviolo, who in videos has called El Paraiso Verde a fraud and a pyramid scheme and the founders swindlers, and has caused El Paraiso Verde millions of dollars in damages!

In addition, she organized a demonstration in front of and inside the Villarrica Palace of Justice, in which she, another lawyer, kamikaze investors, and even people who have nothing to do with the project, loudly accused the public prosecutor and the high court of inaction and indirectly of corruption. She endangered her own clients and damaged the judiciary of Paraguay by shaking the trust in the judiciary of Paraguay.

With this disgraceful action, she caused serious damage to Paraguay and gave the people of Paraguay a resounding slap in the face. Hundreds of families were deterred from visiting us and getting to know the real El Paraiso Verde because of these smear campaigns. Many then went "somewhere else", only to return to their old home shortly afterwards and often without money. The damage exceeds the estimated damage that the allegedly organized criminal management of Mr. Buker (Büker, Bücker without a proven doctorate) has caused the project.
