Tug to be transferred Friday.

Northwestern Michigan Colleges Great Lakes Maritime Academy is receiving a donation that will give students more hands-on opportunities. The Robinson Bay tugboat, will be transferred to the Maritime Academy from the Great Lakes Seaway Development Corporation. The tugboat built in 1958, and rebuilt in the 1990s is a smaller boat that will give students more training opportunities. The transfer ceremony will take place in, New York Friday.
