Gen 21:19
Hagar was so overcome with grief that she was unaware of the provision of water right before her. God showed a well of water. How fitting that the promise of God would again be beside a provision of water (Gen_16:7, Gen_16:14). Often in the pages of the OT, a spring or well of water is a symbol of spiritual salvation as well as physical deliverance (Isa_12:3; Jer_2:13). The worst type of blindness is spiritual blindness, which shuts both the physical and spiritual sensitivity to what God is doing around you, may your spiritual eyes be opened in Jesus' name. Luk 24:31

19 Then God opened Hagar’s eyes, and she saw a well full of water. She quickly filled her water container and gave the boy a drink.

31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

Personal Supplication
Father in the name of Jesus, I pray that my physical as well as spiritual eyes shall not go blind. Keep my eyes wide open to know the things that you have freely given me in Jesus' name!
1 Cor 2:12
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Weekly Protection Covenant Declaration
Because I dwell in the secret place of the most High, I Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler, And from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover me with his feathers, And under his wings shalt I trust: His truth shall be my shield and buckler. I shall not be afraid for the terror by night; Nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; Nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come nigh thee throughout this week in Jesus' name!

Only with my eyes shalt I behold And see the wicked receive their rewards. Because I have made the LORD, my refuge, Even the most High, my habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, Neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For God shall give his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all my ways. They shall bear me up in their hands, Lest I dash thy foot against a stone. I shall tread upon the lion and adder: The young lion and the dragon shalt I trample under feet. Because I have set my love upon God, therefore will He deliver me: He will set him on high, because I have known His name. I shall call upon Him, and He will answer me: He will be with me in trouble; He will deliver me, and honour me. With long life will God satisfy me, And shew me His salvation. So shall it be for me and my household throughout this week in Jesus' name!
