*New* Character Inbound: Rey (Dark Vision) | Conquest Reward | Incredibly Random, Like... WHY?? HOW?

We have Rey's dark side vision that we see in Rise of Skywalker for about 5 seconds coming to the game. She will be the next Conquest unlock/reward character, and will be an SLKR lifter.

This is... obnoxiously confusing and random as F. How is a hallucination that Rey had supposed to be a Kylo lifter?? Also, how do you develop an entire kit for a character that we literally just saw standing on screen for a split second??? Also, why release her now? CG has been working on GL Ahsoka and characters from the Ahsoka show, and now out of no where, they want to revisit Ride of Skywalker??

Everything about this is WEIRD. Seems unnecessary but who knows. Maybe they started working on this during the hay days of the sequel trilogy and this just got shelved at the time. Why bring it out now though, that still makes NO sense.
