Rep Marc Molinaro to FEMA Chief: "Do you not see the inequity in those placed here illegally, having taxpayer support a plane ticket, house, hotel, food, cell phones, access to healthcare?... If we cannot respond to those who are living in emergencies, then we do not have a right to claim that we are the Federal Emergency Management administration."
