Reporting from Baku, Azerbaijan, the site of this year’s gathering of bureaucrats, liars, special interests, and politicians who annually burn multiple metric tons of fuel to pontificate, eat fine, expensive food, hang out in comfortable hotels, spout more unfounded rhetoric, and even charge their electric limos with Diesel generators, Newman discloses the base foolishness these fans of central planning seem to applaud.
