Beetroot

This year, a medium-sized beetroot grew in our garden. Many young beets could not grow because of the heat. Even frequent watering did not help. We ate the beetroot before autumn came. Only a few vegetables were frozen. For this, we chopped the beetroot. This vegetable is good for making salads and borscht.
