Netanyahu Aide Under Suicide Watch In Prison, “Gave Hostage Data" to Bild to Help PM?

A former aide to the Israeli PM is suspected of liaising between officials in the Prime Minister’s Office and Germany’s tabloid to leak a secret document, Channel 13 reported. Eli Feldstein, the central suspect in the security documents leak, allegedly leaked a sensitive document to the Bild German newspaper. Yisrael Einhorn, who is currently overseas, put Eli Feldstein in touch with German newspaper, Bild.
The spokesperson, Eliezer Feldstein, allegedly first leaked the information to Israeli media outlets, who were barred from publishing it.
The IDF has prohibited the publication of the leaked documents due to potentially severe security damage that could occur as a result. Feldstein the leaked the documents to Bild after six hostages were murdered at the end of August.
