Russia begins mass production of radiation-resistant bomb shelters

As Washington granted permission for Ukraine to use American long-range missiles to strike into Russia, the country's emergency ministry's research institute has announced the mass production of mobile bomb shelters designed to withstand man-made and natural disasters. Sean Hogan has more.
