Custom-Drilled NUVO 15G AIO Reef Aquarium Integration + 3D Printed Coral Array

Newly Added: Innovative Marine NUVO 15G AIO Reef Aquarium Integration

In this video, I showcase the addition of the Innovative Marine NUVO 15G All-In-One (AIO) reef aquarium to my existing system. I’ve taken a custom approach by drilling the glass for two overflow lines and one return line, then hard plumbing it directly into my established setup, which includes a Red Sea Reefer XL and a ZooMed LowBoy Frag Tank.

The coral array inside the NUVO 15G was custom-designed and 3D printed. I started with a free 3D model and made several modifications to suit my needs. The printing process was completed on a Bambulab printer using durable PETG filament. While it took multiple attempts to perfect, the final design came out great. I encountered some challenges during the process, including a few design flaws and issues with filament matching, but after three tries and nearly two full days of printing, I achieved the desired result.
