Armando has developed a device that is supposed to mitigate or even cancel out the effects of attacks with energy weapons such as V2K or remote neural monitoring. The Silent Knight, as the device called, is also said to have helped some victims of physical attacks with directed energy weapons. In this interview, Armando explains how the device works and also talks about his situation as a targeted individual.
