This One Pot Mac & Cheese is so creamy, cheesy and so delicious this will be on your go-to recipe for this classic dish. It’s perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or for a holiday side dish.

One Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
3 cups whole milk
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese (1/2 bar), cubed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
Pour milk, chicken broth, heavy cream, macaroni, noodles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a pot.
Bring to a boil then lower heat to medium low. Cook until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella.
If it gets too thick, add a splash of milk and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper if needed.
