Rescuers search for survivors in collapsed Tanzania building

The search and rescue effort is ongoing in Tanzania's commercial capital Dar es Salaam after a building collapse on Saturday (November 16) killed at least 13 people. That's according to authorities, who say dozens of others have been rescued so far. Jillian Kitchener produced this report.
