Marine Corps to discuss restructure of personnel

The House Armed Services committee receives testimony on proposed budget cuts and efficiencies initiatives from assistant commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. Joseph Dunford and other service vice chiefs. The Marine Corps cancellation of the EFV and the draw down of its forces were among the key issues discussed.
