Bucks County, PA, Commissioners just voted to ignore and violate a PA Supreme Court ruling that said misdated and undated mail-in ballots can't be counted.

The two Dem Bucks County Commissioners voted to count the ballots contrary to the court's decision, which could benefit Bob Casey (D) in the Senate race. The single Republican on the board voted against it.

David McCormick (R) has a big enough lead that I don't see how this can change the outcome.

One of the commissioners said she knows it's illegal but doesn't care.

Com. Diane Marseglia said, "Precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want. For me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it."

The GOP filed a lawsuit today.

I'd like to know the penalties for willingly and intentionally breaking the court's decision.

Who prosecutes this type of behavior?
