This reel consists of outtakes from footage shot for the 1944 documentary "The Memphis Belle: A Story of a Flying Fortress," which was directed by William Wyler for the First Motion Picture Unit of the U.S. Army Air Forces.

Outtakes Summary: Eighth Air Force activity during World War II. Highlighting the B-17 bomber, MEMPHIS BELLE, selected for tour of USA after completing 25 missions. Combat missions and tour scenes.
