Eighth Air Force activity during World War II. Highlighting the B-17 bomber, MEMPHIS BELLE, selected for tour of USA after completing 25 missions. Combat missions and tour scenes. Reel 32: 1) PS formation of B-17's overhead. 2) CU removal of wounded from plane. 3) CU flak hole in leading edge of wing. 4) CU flak damage to wing flap. 5) CU top turret. 6) CU flak holes in flak helmet. 7) MS damaged rudder.
