[056] Dingle "Wheel of Time" Celtic Series #3 - Bealtaine

The Dingle Distillery is producing 8 releases in their new "Wheel of Time" Celtic Series. Each of these releases highlights one of the spots on the Celtic Wheel of Time, or Wheel of the Year. These spots are accompanied by festivals, and are celebrated at the beginning of each season and the points mid-way between them. Bealtaine is traditionally observed on May 1, as spring begins to give way to summer.

This is a truly unique single pot still whisky. Having been finished in shiraz casks, it has a dark red color and a taste unlike anything else on the shelf. I'm looking forward to getting all 7 of the other releases now!
