In this video, we go over some quick analysis techniques used to underwrite apartment building investments. These aren't supposed to be used as ultra-accurate underwriting models, but rather quick checks when initially looking at a deal to see if it's worth pursuing more in depth analysis. This can save time and allow you to go through more deals quicker.
