Horse living in the beautiful hell.

This horse was seen in Lucknow, India.
The owner of this horse has tied his legs together so that the horse can not run but they don't care about the health of their horses.
Owner tied the rope so close that the horse was not able to walk and they usually tie their legs when the horse was born and these horses may not know how to run.
This is a very bad condition for any horse not only horse but donkeys also, you can see a donkey in the background, even though his legs are not tied up but still he can not Run because the owner tied his leg when he was very young and never open it.
And now his legs are not able to move freely.

These animals are then set free to roam on roads and eat garbage from the roads. They become a very big problem for the traffic also.

Humans are acting worst than Animals these days.
