1Kg Chicken Thighs
250g Potato
200g Onion
125g Chorizo
2 Bay leaves
3 Garlic cloves (Minced)
¼ Tsp White Pepper
100ml white wine
150ml Chicken Stock
100g Mozzarella Cheese
15g Parmesan cheese
Salt
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1Tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tsp Sugar

2 Sheets of shortcrust pastry
1 Egg
Bechamel:
50g Flour AP
50g Butter
300ml Chicken stock (Use bouillon dissolved in water if no stock is available)
