Our Second Week at the Lodge: Settling In and Tackling Unexpected Challenges 🌲

In this video, we share our second week at the remote lodge, where we'll be caretaking until May 2025. It's been a busy week of preserving food and dealing with a couple of windstorms. We also focused on securing the dock in case of large swells. Unfortunately, our fridge and freezer started malfunctioning, causing us to lose some vegetables due to temperature issues.

Despite the challenges, we're slowly getting more comfortable in our new environment, and it's really starting to feel like home. It's crazy to think that this will be our life for the next 8 months!
