How to calculate your 60-70% maximum heart rate?
"220 - your age = HRmax
HRmax multiplied by 0.6= 60% of your HRmax"

"Example:
220 - 40 = 180
180 x 0.6 = 108 "
That means your 60% HRmax is 108

Throughout the workout you want to stay between 60-70% of your HRmax. You can track it with a smart watch or a heart rate monitor.
