Part 3 shows the annual marathon in Boston. Part 4, Brit. and Indian representatives confer at New Delhi on Indian independence. Shows Gandhi, Nehru, and Richard Cripps. Part 5, old cars parade in Detroit, celebrating the automobile golden jubilee. Part 6, Truman, Sec. Anderson, and UNRRA Director La Guardia confer on Europe's food crisis. Truman asks Americans to eat less. UNRRA shipments are loaded aboard ships.
